50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space.
After a confirmation has been emailed to you, a courtesy hold requires payment within 5 working days to secure the reservation.
Deposit can be paid through Paypal or by direct bank transfer (Canadian & French banks).
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy (including postponing or rescheduling) before making a reservation.
Because things can happen, we recommend purchasing a travel insurance for the duration of your trip in Egypt.
The policy should cover you for trip cancellation, emergencies, and sport activities. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
Guest Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, we will only retain the 50% deposit.
If you cancel withing 90 days, no refund will be applicable as cruise, accommodation, and flights will be finalzied. Please note that we would do our best to find another participant and if we're successful in doing so, we would be happy to refund any portion possible.
You must submit your signed Participant Agreement form within 90 days prior to retreat start date.
Retreat Cancellation Policy
In the event we must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.
The Aromatherapy Institute of Egypt is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
